The Persea hoodie is made from 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester. Recycled polyester comes from PET containers that would otherwise end up in a landfill or in the ocean. By using recycled polyester we not only promote the circular economy, but also reduce CO2 emissions.
With this sweatshirt you are not only helping to give a second life to plastics that would otherwise be considered waste, but you are also contributing to the collection of half a kilo of plastic from beaches and seas as 10% of the profits from this sweatshirt are donated for this purpose and to reforest forests.
