Frequent questions
What does it mean that clothes purify the air?
All clothing has received a natural mineral-based treatment that adheres to the fibers of the garment and is responsible for the clothing being able to purify the air.
When greenhouse gases, viruses and bacteria touch the fabric, they are eliminated. On the one hand, gases such as CO2, VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) or NOx (Nitrogen Oxides) break down when they touch the fabric and then recompose into harmless microscopic minerals that fall to the ground. On the other hand, the fabric works as a disinfectant surface and that is why viruses and bacteria die when they touch the fabric.
In this way, you are like a tree walking down the street and purifying the air, but better, because trees only eliminate CO2 while Greener clothing also eliminates other toxic gases.
How much air do I purify?
To give you an idea, in terms of CO2, each garment is like about 100 leaves of a tree but working day and night without stopping to clean the air.
Do clothes lose effectiveness over time?
Yes, but very slowly. We fix the treatment to the clothes through a process similar to the colour, so it lasts forever. We always say that when you buy a red T-shirt in 10 years it is not as red but it is still red. The same thing happens with the treatment.
How have these purifying properties been proven?
The properties of the product we apply have been tested by official institutions such as the CSIC (Higher Council for Scientific Research) and the Valencian Institute of Microbiology.
Can clothes be washed normally?
Yes, in the washing machine just like any other garment, respecting the material (cotton/polyester) from which it is made and its washing style.
Is the treatment that clothes receive environmentally friendly?
Of course, the treatment that the clothes receive is not harmful to the environment, and this is something to which we have paid special attention and care.
Are there any components that can cause allergies or skin irritation?
No. All our products are OEKO-TEX Eco Passport certified, which certifies that none of the components we use are harmful to human health. This does not exclude allergies or irritations due to skin sensitivity to cotton or polyester.
Where is the clothing produced?
Customisation and final finishing are carried out in Madrid (Spain), while production is carried out in Bangladesh under ethical and sustainability certificates that ensure the social, economic and environmental well-being of the area and the people. The clothing has certifications such as Fair Wear or GOTS to guarantee the customer the traceability of the garment.
Are we having sales?
No, we work with a fair pricing policy for both the client and ourselves, so we always ensure the most reasonable price possible. On the other hand, on our website you can find packs, which for management reasons are cheaper when you buy them.
What do we do with seasonal clothing?
We never have end-of-season clothing, we always keep our garments available on the website even if there are only a few sizes left. On the other hand, when a garment is defective we don't throw it away, we keep it to recycle its materials in a future collection and turn it into a new garment.
Are the clothes unisex?
Yes, except for some loose garments that have a gender focus, most of them are unisex. In this way, we seek to eliminate social differences through the way we dress, make it easier to share a wardrobe with anyone and reduce the production of garments.
Do you donate money?
Yes, we donate 10% of our profits to reforestation in Spain and the collection of plastics from beaches and seas.
Do clothes stay clean at any time of day?
Clothes clean more during the day than at night because light enhances the cleaning effect.
What is pre-sale?
We work with minimal or no stock, depending on the case, in order to avoid wasting unsold clothing. For this reason, we not only offer sales but also pre-sales of our products.
With this method we can offer the option of purchasing sizes that we would not otherwise have and at the same time we can present a wider range of colors.
While the delivery time for a sale would be one week, for a pre-sale this time would be several weeks.
Does the price include VAT?
Of course, all prices on our website include VAT.
Which countries do we ship to?
Germany – Austria – Belgium – Bulgaria – Croatia – Denmark – Slovakia – Slovenia – Spain (except the Canary Islands) – Estonia – Finland – France – Greece – Hungary – Ireland – Italy – Latvia – Lithuania – Luxembourg – Norway – Netherlands – Poland – Portugal – Czech Republic – Romania – Sweden.
