Shipping and Returns

1. Delivery

The delivery time depending on the country is:

  • From 1 to 4 business days for Spain.
  • 2 to 7 business days for Portugal.
  • 2 to 3 business days for Norway.
  • 5 to 8 business days to Germany, Austria, Argentina, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Panama, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden.

For pre-order orders, delivery times may be extended by up to 10 to 15 business days.

Delivery times are merely estimates, and we are not responsible for any variations in delivery times or any inconveniences caused by any variations in delivery times.

The address provided by the customer must be correct, and the claimant is responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information. The billing address does not need to match the shipping address. Our carrier may contact you by email or text message to inform you of any issues or updates regarding the delivery of your order.


2. Refunds

We issue refunds for our customers' purchases within 30 days of the order shipping date.

Sustainability is one of our values. Please make sure you're ordering a product in the size, color, and model you desire.

Returns are free in Spain and Europe. There is no return shipping cost.

In other countries, the customer will be responsible for paying for the return.

The customer is responsible for the returned order until it arrives at our warehouse. We strongly recommend keeping the return shipping receipt in case the package doesn't arrive.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the merchandise.


3. Returns and cancellations

Returns are possible within 30 days of the order being shipped. To request a return, please contact us via email (contact@greenerwear.eu) or the form (https://greenerwear.eu/contact-us/) and include your order number. We will respond as soon as possible.

If you need an exchange for a different size, color, or model, you must request a refund for your current product and order a new one. All returned products must be properly packaged by the customer.

Order cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
